When Peter and Sarah got home from their Isla Holbox Mexican honeymoon (the trip they took after they got married), Uncle Peter disassembled the kambucha farm he had in Baba's and Papa's diningroom. He kept a few pieces of kambucha so that he could start a new farm, but he threw out the rest.
Kambucha is a living organism that grows if it is fed the right food. Some people think that drinking the tea made from Kambucha is a healthy and nutritious activity. Uncle Peter drank the tea.
Here is a picture of the kambucha that grew in his big crock while he was in Texas and Mexico. Big and yucky, huh?, but beautiful, too. From the size of this Kambucha, we know that Uncle Peter is a good farmer.
